Tickets and Refunds

  • Tickets are transferable up to 24 hours prior to your booked date, subject to availability. A £3 per transaction admin fee applies.

  • Tickets are not refundable, except in the event of a total cancellation where the event cannot be rescheduled and where transfer to another event (including future years) is not possible.

  • Refunds cannot be authorised by event staff. Requests must be emailed to hello@cardiffhalloweenfestival.com

  • Any refunds will be processed within 30 days to the card used for payment.

  • Tickets are emailed to guests. We cannot guarantee entry without the original booking reference number and e-ticket.

  • Admission may be withheld at the company’s discretion, including where identification cannot be produced. No refund will be due in this instance.

  • Tickets are not for resale for commercial gain. Any breach may result in cancellation without refund.

  • A booking is only binding once payment has been received in full at the correct advertised price. Any confirmation or ticket issued in error shall be void.

The Site & Transport

  • The Festival takes place on a predominantly tarmac surface, with some grassed areas. Surfaces may be uneven or slippery, particularly in wet weather. Please wear suitable footwear and take care when moving around the site.

  • Where boat transport is advertised as part of your journey, this is subject to weather, water conditions and operational availability. If the boat cannot run, the event will still go ahead. Guests may walk to the site (approx. 15 minutes). A very limited cart service will be available for guests with reduced mobility, but this is first-come, first-served and cannot be guaranteed. No refunds will be offered due to the unavailability of the boat.

Weather

Cardiff Halloween Festival is an outdoor event. Attractions may close due to adverse weather (e.g. high winds, thunder or lightning) for safety reasons.

  • If individual attractions close but the site remains operational, no refunds or vouchers will be offered.

  • If the whole site closes, ticket holders will be offered another date to attend, or a voucher for the following year if no alternative date is available. Only if neither is possible will refunds be issued.

  • Guests who cannot or choose not to attend due to predicted or actual weather are not eligible for a refund if the event goes ahead.

Guests’ Property

Vehicles and personal belongings are brought onto the site at your own risk. Cardiff Halloween Festival accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or theft.

Prohibited Items

No alcohol may be brought onto site. Bag searches may be in operation. We have an onsite bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A list of other prohibited items will be displayed at the entrance.

Costumes

We encourage costumes, but for security reasons masks, hoods and imitation weapons/large props are not permitted. These items will be confiscated if brought.

Accessibility

We will make every effort to ensure the site is accessible. However, due to terrain, setting and weather, this may not always be possible.

Dogs

Guide dogs only. No other dogs are permitted on site.

Force Majeure

Performance of this contract is subject to cancellation or variation due to causes beyond our control (including acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, riots, fire, flood, or restrictions on transport, power or fuel). In the case of cancellation due to such causes, ticket holders will be offered another date or a voucher for the following year. Only if neither is possible will refunds be issued.
